At the Acharya Padmapada Centre for Advaita Philosophy, our primary focus is on exploring and researching the rich traditions of Advaita Vedanta. Our objective is to delve into the evolution of these traditions over the ages and uncover their significance in today's world. Furthermore, we strive to disseminate the profound insights of Advaita Vedanta to the broader community. The campus itself will prominently feature the traditional art, culture, and architectural styles of India's eastern region, including the Jagannath Temple, Puri, and the Northeastern States, providing a beautiful backdrop for the pursuit of knowledge and enlightenment.
The Acharya Sureshwara Advaita Centre for Social Science is a hub of research and scholarship, where we devote our energies to understanding the complex social dynamics of our world and finding practical solutions to the problems that beset us. Our approach is grounded in the profound teachings of Adi Shankaracharya and the philosophy of Advaita, which offer invaluable insights into the human condition. In addition, we aim to explore the significance and relevance of Advaita Vedanta in today's rapidly evolving society and to disseminate its wisdom to the wider public. The Acharya Hastamalaka Advaita Centre for Science is a cutting-edge research and interdisciplinary study centre, with a focus on exploring the realms of theoretical physics, quantum physics, cosmology and neuroscience through the lens of Advaita Vedanta. Our goal is to utilise the tools of modern science to clarify and elucidate the concepts of Advaita Vedanta, as well as to draw connections between scientific observations and the timeless wisdom of the Upanishads. Alongside our scientific inquiry, the centre will also pay homage to traditional Indian culture and art, with a particular emphasis on the vernacular architectural style of western India.
The Acharya Totaka Advaita Centre for Literature, Music and Arts is a vibrant hub of creativity and artistic exploration. Our mission is to celebrate and popularise Advaita Vedanta through a diverse range of mediums, including painting, theatre, dance and music. At the same time, we are committed to conducting rigorous research and study on various aspects of art and culture, with a particular focus on discovering the presence of Advaita in literature, music and art. The centre itself will be designed in the distinctive architectural style of northern India, providing an immersive and inspiring environment for artists, scholars, and enthusiasts alike.
The Maharshi Vedavyasa Advaita Library is a treasure trove of knowledge and wisdom, dedicated to advancing the study and research of Advaita Vedanta philosophy across the globe. Our extensive collection of resources includes not only texts on Advaita Vedanta and Acharya Shankar, but also a wide range of journals, magazines, and books on related disciplines, all available in both print and digital formats. At the MVAG, we believe in the power of interdisciplinary studies, and our state-of-the-art studio and lab are equipped to facilitate the preservation, digitalisation, and reproduction of manuscripts on Advaita Vedanta, ensuring that this invaluable knowledge is accessible to scholars and enthusiasts for generations to come.
The Acharya Gaudapada Advaita Extension Centre is a dynamic platform that aims to bring the timeless wisdom of Advaita Vedanta to people from all walks of life through various innovative and creative modes of communication. Our team of experts harnesses the latest technology to produce high-quality videos, publications (both online and offline), graphics, and social media content that make the teachings of Advaita Vedanta easily accessible and understandable to all. The centre also provides comprehensive training programs on Vedanta for different groups within society.
The Acharya Govinda Bhagavatpada Gurukulam is a residential school that seeks to impart the invaluable teachings of India's Vedic heritage through the time-honored Guru-Shishya teaching method and Gurukulam education. The gurukulam is dedicated to providing an authentic and holistic learning experience in the traditional study of Advaita Vedanta. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, the gurukulam aims to set a benchmark for the Vedic Indian Knowledge Tradition and its propagation on a global scale. The architectural design of the gurukulam will showcase the traditional style of Kerala, known for its lime-plastered walls, interlocking carpentry, sloping tiled roofs, columned verandahs and use of durable hardwood such as teak.
The campus of the institute features a Sharada temple and Yogshala, which draw inspiration from the revered Sharada Peetham in Srinagar.
Within the campus of the Institute, there are secluded meditation cottages specifically designed for scholars and practitioners seeking a quiet and peaceful space for contemplation and reflection.
